Next-Gen Gaming!I got a Nintendo Wii! For my birthday! How cool is that?
For the uninitiated the Wii is the next-generation gaming console from Nintendo.
It's USP is a wireless, motion-sensing controller that supposedly brings a new dimension to games... and does it ever.
The Wii comes bundled with Wii Sports which comprises of Tennis, Baseball, Bowling, Golf and Boxing and the controller really does add something extra to these games. More than that, it brings gaming to new audiences; Since I got my Wii I've had friends and friends of friends asking if they can come round and have a play, and those that have had a go inevitably swear they've got to get one for themselves.
The console wars are getting interesting with the Xbox 360 well established and the PS3 on the horizon, but for me the Wii has already won.
All I want now is Zelda and that'll be me sorted for the duration.

I hope you got Zelda - this might explain why you haven't updated your blog lately? :-) It's a brilliant game!
New job means I haven't had much time to keep the blog up to date. Hoping that will change pretty soon though
Don't have Zelda yet but did get half way through it on the Gamecube before the Wii arrived.
Currently scouring eBay for a copy and looking forward to seeing what it is like on the Wii :-)
